Take-over support to OneSteel Business - Incumbent business was well established, we were responsible for establishing a strategy to take-over this workflow, secure a new stable O&M business,, displace incumbent and deliver a client benefit​

WGT – Steel Supply – Delivery of this complex project required procurement and construction of elements beyond the construction capacity in Australia. 50,000t of complex steel was fabricated in China, and expedited to Australia to exact standards during the complexity of a global COVID pandemic.


Level Crossing Program – U Trough – Client was looking for an industry first step-change that we identified, established the new production capability and implemented to the benefit of Client and Community​

Westgate Tunnel – At the time this was the largest reset of an infrastructure project in the world.  Our CEO established the strategy for the reset, had full accountability to the Board for the evolution and execution and ultimately successful reset inside to most complex contractual framework​


NBN National Rollout – Australia’s largest contractor had secured 14 contracts across Australia to roll out the new NBN network. The outcome had been significantly negative against all KPI’s.  Our CEO developed and executed the successful strategy to renegotiate and reset all 14 contracts and relaunch delivery. ​
